Good Monday morning all!
It is my understanding that the cmyk formulas are different for printing on newsprint (as opposed to bond or coated papers) and supposedly there are newsprint charts/indexes available with the correct formulas. Does anyone know of something like this or where one might be obtained? I talked to the pre-press guy at our printer this morning and they don't have one and said that they won't be doing one for their press because it is a four-day process and they just don't have the budget to do one. It would sure take the guess-work out of color selection to have one. Any leads??
If it wasn't for the last minute nothing would ever get done.
(When I grow up I want to be just like Keyare! He does excellent work - even when he's trying to not to.)
