Accounts without e-mails

I was just reading aboutthe users that didnt insert an e-mail need to make a new account,If the accounts are still on the database couldnt the user e-mail you their current e-mail they didnt put in at first and then they could login through that? Not that it applys to me I just have experience with forums and thought it might save those users a bit of hazzle...

Yes. Use the contact for, i need your new account email address, your old forum username and I can sync them together.
