Folks, we are new users of Quark 6.0, having just upgraded from version 4.1 on the Mac (OS 10.3.2).
We can't get a standard shortcut (200% to Actual Size to work correctly)
Short cut is Option+Command+click
Inbstead of taking us to the center of the point where we click, it shifts the vbiew to the right side of the page.
Anyone seen this before? Any ideas?
This hhas long been a standard shortcut that has saved a good deal of time and wrist strain.

Gee too bad Quark took their forums offline "for maintenance".<img border="0" src= "smileys/smiley5.gif">
Sorry, had to say it.<img border="0" src= "smileys/smiley2.gif">
I don't have Q6 yet but...
Does the shortcut still exist but is just not working? Or did they change it to something else? Check in help in the application for keyboard commands. Can you redefine shortcuts in Q6 to put it back to the way you want it? According to another forum you should be able to change keyboard commands under Preferences>interactive maybe? This can create a domino effect as one command is traded for another. I do this in Illustrator all the time. Might want to make a copy of your preference file after any changes too, so when Quack craps out your pref file, you can copy your favorite preferences back in.
And welcome to the Forum!<img border="0" src= "smileys/smiley4.gif">

Quark 6 still shows the command as being the same as we are used to with earlier verisons, but the jump takes us not to where we click, but quite a way off to the right side. The command should change the view resolution and the center of the view to where we click.

It's a bug in the program. You probably noticed that subscriber options are no longer available, meaning you can't just double-click on a picture to update it if it's modified.
Go to Quark's website and get the 6.1 free upgrade. While you're there, get the PDF export bug fix as well.
That should sort it out.
