scouring for a font :: Help Please

i've been scouring the internet for the past couple days looking for a font that i lost during a system crash, unfortunatly, this font has become quite elusive on the internet. so, i was wondering if anyone here has the font and if they could attach it for me to download OR email it to me. information is below.
