how come when i scan my photos in the scanner, it comes out all rushed and you cant see anything!
anyone like to tell me how to scan in photographs? please!?
im using photoshop cs and the epson rx420 btw

Scan it at the highest resolution and at 100%. If that doesn't help, maybe it needs to be re-installed!?!

Try moving the item to be scanned so that 1/4' of glass is showing on the end the scan head starts from.
PD is a grande format digital print dude. His advice/opinions may not apply to the 4color/offset/web world of printing
no no, the lens thing has gone nuts.
i did the photocopy function with document, same thing happans. it prints a page full of colour like in motion going across the page and the document in inverted colours!

have you checked your color settings for your scan? And is this a preview scan or actual scan?
