Suggestion: a good software for this kind of design

Hi,

I need some suggestions on what software is the best for designing this kind of work.

I don't like photoshop for this. They are only good for photo editing. I need a software to do this from scratch.

I am not asking how to get a software; I am merely asking for suggestion on what is the best for this. I hope this does not violate the forum rules.

i'd like illustrator for this. you want to think 'vector', imho.

you could do it in photoshop, using the pen tool, too. i would use illustrator, though.

you could do this in Flash as well, but i would suggest illustrator too.
