I finally decided to stop looking at fonts in Photoshop, and I want to print out all my fonts in a font book. Does anyone have a suggestion for the best way I could do this? a freeware or cheap program that would help me? I'm trying to avoid the ol step and repeat/change font method in InDesign. I'm on a PC, and don't have any font management program currently.
Thanks!

You don't have font book on your computer? Oh you are on PC....
'To Design is much more than simply to assemble, to order, or even to edit; it is to add value and meaning, to illuminate, to simplify, to clarify, to modify, to dignify, to dramatize, to persuade, and perhaps even to amuse.' --Paul Rand

you will probably want to group the fonts into some sort of order... serif together, sans serif together, script, decorative, etc. It will make it easier to find what you are looking for when you have a specific thought in mind.
Good luck!

Good thinking morea ... I'll probably just end up doing it myself in InDesign so I have some freedome to do those types of things.
Oh well...

I'm not sure if you could try 'suitcase' - that works for pc and allows you to preview your fonts and whatnot. Personally, I have found it to be a headache, and have been thinking out doing a printout myself, lol.

Yeah, I use one called X-Fonter every once and a while to preview fonts, because it's faster than PS, but it's always nice to have something printed out in front of me.
Check out www.versiontracker.com/windows/ (http://www.versiontracker.com/windows/) There are a ton of font preview/print programs for OS X so I am pretty sure you can find one for windows.
