which program would you use?

I am bored, wondering what program you all would use for certain design work.There are mostly obvious I guess, like for logo design you would most likely use Illy, but hey, like I said, I am bored, and maybe some people would usea different technique.So what program(s)would you use to make the following:

1. Restaurant Menu

2. Wine Label

3. Billboard with photograph

4. Business Card

5. Animated Logo

6. Magazine Ad

7. Website Template

8. 3 fold brochure

9. Digital Illustration/Painting

10. Inter-office document (like a fax cover sheet, or TPS report)

2. Wine Label - Flash

3. Billboard with photograph - InDesign/Quark

4. Business Card - InDesign/Quark

5. Animated Logo - Flash

6. Magazine Ad - InDesign/Quark

7. Website Template - Dreamweaver/Photoshop/Hard Code

8. 3 fold brochure - InDesign/Quark

9. Digital Illustration/Painting - Photoshop/Flash

10. Inter-office document (like a fax cover sheet, or TPS report) - Word or whatever Office softweare is used

1. Restaurant Menu — Quark with Illustator icons or illustrations and perhaps Photoshop

2. Wine Label — Most likely Illustrator with placed photography if the design needs it

3. Billboard with photograph — Illustrator

4. Business Card — Illustrator, maybe Quark

5. Animated Logo — Flash

6. Magazine Ad — Quark, maybe Illustrator

7. Website Template — Don't do any Web, but probably Dreamweaver

8. 3 fold brochure — Quark with Illustator icons or illustrations and perhaps Photoshop

9. Digital Illustration/Painting — Digital Illustration: start in Illustrator and perhaps add finishing touches in Photoshop

10. Inter-office document (like a fax cover sheet, or TPS report) — Quark or Illustrator and turn it into a PDF
