Ok, I have a 15 minute break and you want me to wait 2 minutes between posts?
Is this new or has it taken me this long to run across it?

What in the modern world of capitalism are you talking about?

Umm, there shouldn't be a spam filter, since we moved the database to a 2nd SQL server sometimes the time doesn't sync so we adjust for that. Is it still happening to you PD ?

Sigh, i hate computers, no matter how smooth things run something on these servers is always causing a problem. Oh, well, crap happens ;-)

Allen, it seems to be happening only at home.
Will update the link there and see if it goes away.
No biggy I suppose.

Literally Benjo, a window comes up saying the Anti-spam filter is activated. Please wait 120 seconds to post again.

I hope it doesn't happen any more. We are going to be upgrading hte forum software this weekend, but it should only be a few minutes when we copy in the new scripts. It is supposed to be speedier and the search and other minor things will be fixed. Hopefully some of the stuff we have had problems with.

that's never happened to me either ... hmmm

one question though to allen, why is there no link to view new posts since last visit? ... i've seen and used it in other forums and is very convenient. just wondering if it has been taken into consideration. thanks.

At the bottom of the page there is a link to view active threads. You can select 'unread posts' and then bookmark it. It will bring up any posts that you haven't viewed which is pretty much the same thing.

I have no idea why it is at th ebottom, perhaps i can subit a top link as a feature request. I hate to muck with the code, as every time i do something happens.
