Hey all,

I re-drew an actual samurai helmet that was on a slight angle. I'm using it for my avatar, but it's also for a website I'm working on that is (obviously) japanese themed. http://www.graphicdesignforum.com/undefinedI have already done a few modifications to it, and I'm likely going to colour it...but i'm not sure what colour yet.

"Sometimes I do what I want...most of the time, I do what I have to." (Cicero, from "Gladiator")

"There is a difference between knowing the path, and walking the path." (Morpheus, from"The Matrix")

"It's not cheating if you win...do what you have to do, but don't sacrifice your own honour in the process." (Taken from my iaido instructor, and modified by me)

"I am serving my time in hell on earth...at the job I am currently employed at." (Magnus, about his job)

I like the grey, have you thought about making it blend with the background like my Avatar?

All you do is take a snapshot of the screen, make a Square with a sample of the gradient the same size as the Avatar. Then drop your current one over it with a 'Multiply' layer and save.

Here's what I thought you could do...

Just crop it around the grey area if you want to use it and save it as you new avatar.

Nice work! I like the slight changes you made. I love the darkness of it. Makes it seem, evil!
