BW Laser Printer Suggestions?

I am looking at purchasing a monochrome laser printer for my office of 5. My office is already wired with category 5 cable and I'd like to utilize this if possible.

As far as specs, it doesn't need to duplex or print a million pages per minute (just something reasonable), I already have a Minolta color laser on one machine so I am only looking for a BW for general office use -- mostly text. I'd like to keep it under $500.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

$500 will get you somethign that is very decent in my mind. If you only going to print text.....or occassionally some images.......any Inkjet printer did do the job......and inkjets are much cheaper (re-fills).

But if you must know....our company uses a Lexmark OL-400....decent speed....network capable. Should exceed your needs. As for price?.....check you local dealers......
