well, it's not really that i want my work to be done by someone else, but it's my 1st gd year at university and i have no idea or background about the modern designers.. *I only know alan fletcher, David Carson,and Stefan Sagmeister*... which is not enough to find enough info...

have you looked at industry related magazines, like How, Print, Mac Design, Communication Arts and things like that?

have you checked your local library?

have you googled 'design history' 'graphic design history' 'modern graphic design' 'design theory' and things like that?

part of the challenge of the assignment is to figure out how to do the research needed to write a paper like this.
