Ownership of native files

I have a client who is requesting the native files for all the advertising/graphic design work we've created for them be uploaded to their ftp for archiving. The client has created a virtual marketing/advertising agency that uses our services and other firms. I'm concerned our files will find their way into the hands of other designers if we allow the client to archive them. Is there an ONLINE source, other than the GAG, where I can find text outlining native file rights/restrictions so I can prepare a document for the client to sign before I upload the native files?

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The GAG is pretty comprehensive, what specific info are you looking for that is not in it?
