Id like to begin to explore 3D software as a way to bring shapes into print work. What is a good program to start with for easy manipulation? Ive heard that Axl is good. Maya is far ebyond what Im looking for.
Also, do most of these programs export to photshop at given resolutions?

there is a new 3-d section at the bottom of the forum... you might be able to find what you need by reading the stickies in that section. /DesktopModules/dotNetBB/emoticons/cheers.gif

Blender and Wings 3d is free but i find Wings to be alittle easier to learn.
I also Highly recommend Swift3d, very easy to learn, user friendly and a great price. I use it alot.
Hope that helps and Welcome.
