For software I would get Zelda, Contra and Kid Icarus

Hey how come Andrew gets to get up? If he gets up, we'll all get up, it'll be ANARCHY!

Well, in 92 I had a cheat sheet for Zelda, I got the princess real fast, Contra was something like up-up-down-down-left-right-left-right-a-b-a-b-start...Kid Icarus I just locked myself up inside for days til i beat it.

What's your Armor class anyway?

In Twisted Metal 2 it was right-left-up-down-down-up-left-right... right?

Corel and Macromedia products are also reasonably well used.

welcome aboard Matt. Learn Illustrator and Indesign and if you can Quark. These programs are pretty much industry standard.

By the way you'll notice threads jump around alot here, it's an official welcome on the GDF!

For the Contra software, I'm pretty sure at the end it's B - A - select - start. but i may be wrong. All kidding aside though I use Microsoft Paint and Word Perfect for all my print work. I know most people like to use all those fancy macromedia & adobe products but i like to go against the grain.
