Just downloaded and installed OSX 10.3.9 update. No problems to report, so far everything's still working as before.
Just thought I'd share that.

There is some reported problems with Safari crashing after the 10.3.9 update, message boards have said this has something to do with user-installed Safari plugins. Just delete the plugins if you have them and the problem should be solved. (You'll have to wait for the respective companies to update their plugins to 10.3.9)

Safari crashed once but a second permission repair seems to have fixed it.

I have 10.2.8. Would I be able to upgrade straight to 10.3.9?

NO. You have to buy Panther (10.3) first.
May as well wait for Tiger. It comes out soon.

if you use the Groupwise client don't upgrade from 10.3.8 to 10.3.9, it will render your Groupwise client useless...
