The update? or the extension itself?
The update seems to have added some more options (not 100% which, as I only use a handful).
The extension itself, allows you to test various browser settings such as alt tags and, w3c compliance, and other such goodies such as toggle javascript on/off at the push of a button.

I was refering to the extension. Thanks! What other extensions does everyone use?
I use colorzilla (https://addons.update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?application=firefox&id=271&vid=1032) all the time. It gives you an eyedropper int he lower left corner of your browser window so you can grab colors you see on whatever site you're using. Very useful...
