I would like to figure out how I could do the andy warhol monroe look in PS

anyone know how?

Try Filter>Artistic>Cutout to get starged...it'll split your image up into big chuncks of color.

Eh, that may work... but you can also posterize the image... or adjust the threshold. then use hue/saturation to change the colors.

The easiest way to achieve that would be to make the image grayscale then make it a bitmap. 50 % threshold. Now bring the image into Illustrator and you can change it to any color you damn well like. It mocks silkscreening pretty well. Sometimes you need to run a slight gausian blur to depixalate.
