Problem with ImageReady...

i've designed a site in photoshop 7 (windows 2000) and i'll hit the 'export to imageready' icon, but once imageready opens and the document pops up i get an error that says "could not complete this operation because an unknown error has occurred"... and i'll have to close ImageReady.

i tried flattenning all my effects first and then i brought it into ImageReady and it worked fine.... whats going on?

ok, i think i figured it out..... this error only comes up when i'm using conture presets that didn't come installed with photoshop....
this is still very odd, why wouldn't you be able to use your own presets in imageready?
