I want to know how to seperate colours in pdf files for print. i mean Colour seperation

just as you were to print the seps in hard copy... you do the same when producing a PDF file. Tell the program to print the seps and it will produced a file with 4 pages. One for every plate.

Well do i do all this in acrobat writer or in corel draw . Can any one give me the steps to do this pls

Import the pdf into CorelDraw. If it loks the same as it does when you open it in acrobat, then it's just a matter of printing separations.
If it doesn't then you'll have to use Indesign to separate it.
Are you sending seps to a printer? They should be able to separate it for you from PDF. Are you ripping it to your own imagesetter? Then print seps from Corel. Do you need to send separated files to a printer? Print to PRN from Corel.
There are a dozen variables we'd need to know to really help. What are your requirements in the end? Files? Negs?

If you're working with CorelDraw masters, you have the advantage of previewing your separations. If there are any unexpected spot colours, they'll show up in PrintPreview with Seps on.
Like Keyare, I agree that what you've given us so far is not a lot to go on. What are your objectives?
And how is the weather in Chennai today?
