Ok, I got caught speeding last year and in Pennsylvania, and stupidly paid the ticket instead of pleading not guilty. If you are caught going over 31 MPH over the limit, you get a department hearing to decide if:
A) You have to retest to continue your driving privilege, or
B) You get a 15-day suspension of your license, which you have to mail in.

I was speeding to recue my wife, who was stranded in the dark due to a tire blow-out on a major highway. Of course, the cop says, "You have a cell phone, right? She's ok? Then slow down" and was a real ass about it. Didn't offer to help, which you think he would to confirm my story.

I have been sent a notice of the 15-day suspension by June 1st. Now, I can apply for an Occupational Limited License to allow me to get to and from work. I have to send my employer's contact information, which presumably, is for the DMV to call and confirm my schedule.

Unfortunately, I'm temping, so my employer is the staffing agency. Should I give my agent as my direct supervisor? I was considering contacting him to let him know they may contact him and to explain the situation.

This would allow me to go to work. Think I should tell the agency, or the office I've been temping at for 2.5 months?
