Welcome back everyone! Monday is here! Err...HOORAY??
I can hear the groans now as I too am making them thinking about all
that is to come at work this week! I trust everyone had a great
weekend?! I managed to stay fairly busy by going to the Sidewalk Arts
Festival Saturday here, held by SCAD, and going to the movie theatre
twice over the weekend. Over all it was a pretty decent weekend.

If you will, please take a few minutes from your busy work schedule
when it allows, and enjoy todays...

A little laughing never hurt anyone on a Monday, right!! The thread
for this week was started by RedEYE on July 22, 2004. Read carefully
as there are several posts from our good ole pal "BuckarooB".

>>I cannot take all the credit for the theory. I merely created the mathematical expression for it.<<

The actual origin of the joke goes way back. Not sure when, but a quick search on Google groups and I found the joke (and the forumula) back in a Nov. 99 posting. It still has that background whiff of mysogeny that almost all engineering humour had-- and alas, probably still has. (And where would the cocktail napkin industry be today without it, eh?)

Interesting but none of the posts that come up are after the time he dissappeared from here. It's like he vanished.

I think that he may have evolved to a higher plane of existence.
