The Work Wife.... (or Jeffs rant for the week)

Well, it has been two months here in my new job. Still absolutly loving it here. There are of course a few hick-ups but nothing I can not handle. The biggest thing that I am going to have difficulties is what I do around here. So far I am still more or less in production. The only reason for that is that we are way too busy for me not to be here. The higher ups just interviewed someone else for what I am doing now. It is thier hope that this guy can do what I am doing and I can head over to the art dept!

Anyways, another girl around here that I am working with was hired not to long before I was. We are doing the same thing. I have been working with her quite a bit to get her used to the programs that we use (Omega Composser to anyone interested). Basically we get along great. The amusing this is that a few people have commented on that we "argue" and talk like we have been married for 20 years. It is quite funny. Already told the gf about her. She laughed and siad atleast there is someone else that will keep me out of trouble. Like anyone could keep me out of the trouble I get into!

Anyone else out there have a work spouse? Or is this just cuz? Hopen that everyones work week is going well!

Congratulations on loving the job ... AND ... fitting in with everyone. Careful on the work-spouse front though ... you could end up doing double cleaning duties, lol.

I had that kinda friendship/relationship with people I worked with at foodmaster. In a sterile environment the stuff we said would have qualified as harassment...even sexual harassment...but amongst friends the same stuff can be said with no harm...HA
