How do you keep track of all those jobs?

Hi http://macforum.torrentskickass.com/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif guys I need a few people who work in th design and media industry to fill in a question air of 13 questions to help with my final year dissertaion. I am trying to develop a data base to help track jobs.
