Hello Everyone,

I had an ambitious idea to start a trendy t-shirt apparel line the other day, probably an influence of the various toxic vapors that transcended my lungs from the nearby garage, ohh well-no matter. Anyway, I was thinking of appealing to the retro, abstract teen & young adult demographic, or the 'CNN' generation as we are affectionately referred too...I think that's right? I already have a screen printer and several boutiques interested in selling my designs, which ironically I have yet to concept, the fashion industry is quite disturbedhttp://graphic-forums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif. Anyway, last night I started my first shirt design, I wanted to start out basic, and then advance the concepts as my business venture grows. As I for-mentioned; I wanted the designs to have an abstract, retro feel with a little bit of urban flare. I would appreciate any comments you guys might have regarding the designs, keeping in mind I am a graphic/web design college student, not Versace (although in the right light...). I appreciate your comments and suggestions in advance, and thank you for taking the time to view my thread.

Wow, I like those a lot.

Great colours, and not gettingcarried away with too muchdetail/colour.

Break A Beat is my fav, but I also think the type could be reworked a bit.

Very nice work.

Thank you all very much for your comments. I actually have several printers lined up, one for the sample prints (printing a few samples is more expensive than in bulk) and several other's who have submitted quotes for mass production pending the success of the samples.

Love your vector-based designs. It is so 'in' nowadays and reminds back of the days of old, when graphic designers had to design lithography and actually display good understanding of contrast, repetition, alignment, and proximity.

Actually, I would like to join your quest to dominate the t-shirt market. I'm located in California. I am excellent in designing urban gear...but probably more ghetto-fied than you think. I'll post some examples soon...
