Cartoon Logo

I need a logo for a new web site Im working on. I want a blue cartoon donkey with a wife beater on. The web site is geared towards college students so a beer can in his hand, a beer stain around his neck, and a drunk looking face are a must. I'm looking for something that I can use as a logo and maybe put on a t shirt in the future. Let me know if you are capable of doing such a cartoon and if I like the work you've done, we're in business....

A black and white rough, inked in, or completely vecorized?

I want it all in color and vectorized so resizing it doesnt distort it at all. Are there any other things I should worry about?

How do we submit to you? Do you wanna see some samples first or should we do a proof of your logo?

I'm sorry I never updates this post. I actually forgot I made it. Thansk for considering it, but I have found someone else to do it...
