i can't save files and when i print something out it prints QUARK XPRESS DEMO really big. i registered the software and started working on something already... i don't want to close it without saving first and reinstall. anyone have any suggestions?
I'm afraid you might have to start your work again from scratch. Sounds like it hasn't been installed properly. You will have to reinstall Quark again. Sorry. :(
If you go to save as it should save it for you.

If it is a demo (even registered) you can't save a document and it puts the quark demo text on the dosuments. You will need to purchase the full version of quark in order to get a license/serial number and it will revert to the full version and allow saving and printing.
Thats right. Also thinking that!

I think you have to activate your copy of Quark within 30 days or you will get this message. Seems like I remember reading this on the Quark site. I tried to do product activation over the internet connection but it wouldn't allow me so I ended up calling Quark's call center based in India. After a slight language barrier problem I was able to get my activation code and it worked fine after that.
