I'm somewhat new to the graphic aspect of web design. I would be thrilled if some of you with an artistic eye could take a look at www.seniorinsurance-usa.com (http://www.seniorinsurance-usa.com) and tell me what you think. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks!

I like it. Good use of white space.
A few things:
1. The buttons could be anti-aliased a little more. They are jagged at the edges.
2. You compressed the banner at the top too much. It is pixelly around the text. Try a lower compression setting, or use a lossless file type like GIF.
3. Your page is missing a doctype.

C:\DOS
C:\DOS\RUN
RUN DOS RUN
It looks good but like Ryan said your compression is horrible.
As a rule of thumb Gif are for solid color artwork and JPEGs for Pictures or anything complex like a photo.
But for not being a designer you've done a fine job.

Ok, I have added content, updated the website with a different side bar, and sliced the top bar up and optimized each slice. Can anybody tell me if they can see anything else? Is the color scheme for the content ok?
Thanks,
Tennyson
