There's not a lot I can say about the graphics, I guess they're ok, but it's just the layout that bothers me. I mean it doesn't look like the site is one of those free or cheepo sites, and for all the effort that goes into creating banners that are supposed to look good it just seems a shame that the layout is all over the place.

Incredibly I've seen pages of banners like this before, but at least they're laid out or aligned to the left.

I guess this might seem like a lot of critisism for you, so here is what I'd do to improve things. Get rid of that humongous logo/header? The info placed beside it doesn't really doesn't look all that impressive. You could box that up and place it at the bottom of your page.

I noticed you've got a links bar (menu) - at the bottom of your page. If I were you I'd place it at the top (under a decent sized header and logo). You could either place a next page link or perhaps have one of those top tags at the bottom of your page allowing the user to shoot back upto the top of the page.

P.S. I'm neither a webmaster not a graphics guru, but it might help to see how I get stuff done.

It doesn't matter what you're new at, you'll always be blinded by choice rather than good advice.

you need to spend some time looking and learning....

look thru the internet at good site design/ not just colors and font but LAYOUT too....usability should be your number one thought in a web site.....the viewer should never have to hunt and find the navigation (yours is at the bottom)

Study basic design theory....Many of the banners are the same layout just different colors and effects

look at how the big boys do things (bwmusa.com acura.com)

secondly dont use every filter and effect....it makes the work look cheesy and childish

understanding HTML is good but get dreamweaver and start working on layout after understanding the basic design process then learn HTML and Javascript.

Go thru every tutorial you can....try to figure out how people made there design. Less colors can be better sometimes

Keep up the hard work and keep learn like the rest of use

We are all students of design....we are always learning new things everyday
