I'm not a fan of the website layout - sorry.
However, the studio 7 with the 7 on a ball is done very well. The concept really pulled me in.

cheers ;)
i spose not every one can like my design... i h8 to say i have changed it about 9 times in the last month:D
was it the style or the layout you found not to your taste?
From the intro in the begining i was expecting a much more sleeker site.
layout was the promblem for me not the style.
The layout is over decorated in my opinion. Your site would work very well if it was kept to a very simple and sleek layout. Perhaps only using a blue and white design.
For instance, the navigation bar is just over done. It would work so much better if it was just a simple horizontal design without all the exterior circular decoration and what not.
I am currently working on a website and have been through around 8+ layouts also. It sucks but, once you find that perfect one your golden.
I wish you luck
I have something that may help.

I think your site with that intro would work very well in the type of layout shown above. Simple, sleek and to the point.
This is just my opinion though.

You're obviously a good graphic designer, but you're building webpages like a graphic designer would, not like a web designer would. Splash pages are mostly an annoyance, and really aren't used anymore. I would lose that entirely. Because of it's very heavy image content, the site is rather slow loading, and I'm on a very fast connection. Try using text instead of images for links. Search engines will like you more.

Well your designs are VERY visually pleasing. That's their strongest asset. But functionality could be improved by speeding load time by thinning the graphics use, removing the splash page, and making the site a bit more garden variety HTML, particularly where the links are concerned. Those matter mightily where your search engine rankings are concerned.
