The kid wanted a dragon on his car, so I'm obilging him. i don't do THAT many vehicles, so...thought I'd get some feedback.http://ih2.com/b/car.jpg

I dig the design. (Dragons aren't my style, but to each his (or her) own.) But I'm not sure I would've gone with the white fills. I might have been inclined to make it all black with "hollow" areas where the white is now. Or perhaps an identical white layer underneath for a shadow effect.
If the client was happy, though, that's all that matters. Well done!
When's he getting this tatooed on his bicept/calf/back?

Yeah, the other side is identical, reversed. He wanted something on the hood but I had no ideas.
That duplicate layer and in black looks pretty cool.

nice Key! I luv dragons. Perhaps on the hood you can have a front view of the dragon, or have the head on the hood and the wings on each side of the car...might be hard to do that though, but then again i've never done graphics for cars before.

Nice improvement.
Could you have something on the hood that tied the dragon on either side together?
Maybe some flames going from each dragons mouth and meeting on the middle of the hood.
Although I suppose flames on cars are like swooshes on logos...

i definately prefer the 2nd version posted...but what about a deeper shade of the same blue as the car? oooo...and opalescent, too...
is this vinyl?

Not sure what to tell you about the hood. I really know nothing about vehicle graphics...I just know that that ^^ dragon is awesome.

Yep - Black is not an option durn it. They suggested gold, but Ewwww, it looks gross (to me) Dark blue rocks.

I definately dig the blue, but I'm still not feelin the white.
I think it might just be too flat for me. Maybe if there was some shading?

I think there's too much car showing through. I don't see a lot of ricers but from looking off of need for speed and such, usually it seems that a graphic will take a good portion of space. I.E. don't have a pulled back view of the dragon like you have now, have the dragon look like it's scrunched in under the windows and between the tires and is trying to claw and blast it's way out.

Well, a few more ideas for the pot.
I like the top right one, but I think it would be better if the white was silver or light gray. I don't know why I don't like the white. I think it just stands out too much.
The top left one might look good if you added the black shading, but no white.
That bottom right is just disgusting.

Hi Keyare,
The 2nd one blue and white is the best, the only thing that makes it not too cool is that the picture is too flat, it will look better if the picture was like airbrush style, which will be a chalenge to draw.(And also if you have the time to draw)

I dig it. Not sure I like the final with the yellow but clients are the ones that have to be happy. I think the hood would over do the whole thing.
I agree with Kool that it needs a different car! LOL! I also dig the black and red one but just not on that blue car.

I think you should upsell the client and do a full 4-color shrink-wrap graphic (windows and all).
But that's project for another time, lol. Nice job on the final!
Post it up once the vinyl gets applied to the car.

The white is working very successfully in terms of design. It makes that design POP right out. The monochromatic appeal is working much better... stick with it.

Off course it needs another car - a neon does not deserve that astounding piece of work,lol- ( a neon was my first car... so i can be prejudice- but no offense current owners).
actually come to think of it... i think that car is the exact color and model i owned - 2000? If not the same model then the same color i'm pretty sure.
