I seem to get a frequent number of headaches on Mondays. Maybe it's hard for me to acclimate to the daily grind again after having the weekend off.

Or I spent too much time on the computer over the weekend. I spent a good part of Sunday afternoon working on a test for a job. Here's hoping I get it.

Can be diet related. We tend to eat differently and at different times on weekends which can effect sleep, digestion and give you headaches. Avoid anything like chicken, potatoe chips and processed foods on Sundays - these all have enzymes that induce drowsiness and will often result in a headache the next day due to a broken sleep pattern.

I used to get headaches all the time when I weighed far more, but after dropping the weight and eating a healthier diet I don't get them all that often. Frankly, sometimes work can be too overwhelming for the headno matter how many organic foods you down.

be sure to exercise, too. That can help.

Increase or decrease in coffee could also be a contributing factor. If you drink a significant amount more during the week than the weekend, it could be catching up to you by then.

Personally, I run it interveneous at night so I don't get that gap.

have you had your eyes checked? I was getting headaches all the time, and my contacts were getting all hazy by the evening, and I recently got a new kind, and prescription, and nary a headache since.

I think it is diet related. I don't drink as much water on weekends too. Thanks for the advice!
