Mailings Designs

Hi guys,specialy to my brother and best designer ever,kool.
I would like to know if any of you can send me links or tips about designing good design mailings and tips like the best size for them etc.Thanks a lot in advance!!!!

you also might want to check out the USPS site (http://www.usps.gov) and look for a section on designing letter mail. I have a book on it but I'm sure there is a pdf version on the site somewhere. While it isn't exciting, there are so many rules about mailing postcards, envelopes, self-mailers and such that it is almost ridiculous. I've been working in mail for about 6-7 years now and for the past 2 I have either been designing mail pieces or just making peoples mailpieces comply with postal rules.
