Pricing for design layout for labels

I'm just wondering what freelancers would charge for laying out labels. One project is a hair product that needs a front and back sticker label. Short run qty for a startup company. The other project is for an automotive product in a 20 oz. spray can. ONe wrap around label. If some of you would give me an idea of what you would charge so I don't under/over bid myself I would appreciate it. Also, does anyone know good source for printing stickers?

it's hard to advise someone else what to price, because it is so dependent on your experience, location, amount of time it will take you, etc. etc.
