Hi all:

Does anyone know the keyboard shortcut, for fitting a picture into a picture box in Quark? I'm using Quark Express 4.1 for Windows.

Please help!

control/shift f on a pc

If it wasn't for the last minute nothing would ever get done.
(When I grow up I want to be just like Keyare! He does excellent work - even when he's trying to not to.)

to fit proportioally is control/alt/shift f on pc and comman/option/shift f on mac
