Im in the middle of re-doing my website to be more (Well Honestly) more female oriented etc. (Nice soft colors blah blah) for doing the wedding invitations, save-the-dates etc. that I have been working on. SO,

http://www.downonpaper.com/critique/logo.htm

Thats some logos that Im thinking about, obviously Ive got it pretty close to what I want it to look like, so the ideas DO NOT vary too much, but have a look. Im partial to C2 and C3 myself... to repititious though?

Thanks for the input!

I'm not feeling any of these. They are to simple, do you have any other ideas?

I agree - I'm wanting to see something more classy (as one of those females in question blah blah blah)

i gotta say i like the font on A3 best, looks more hand written.. if u going for down in paper feeling i guess its a better choice.

i wanna be honest too......the sheet of paper reminds me of toilet paper!! maybe try turning around and putting the text write on it.

I actually think A1 is good. But still interested to see any other ideas you have.

Okay so here are a couple more things, not a ton of ideas, but Ive been busy with other stuff. I like the B&amp;W one the most, with the white space, or negative space. BUT does it seem a bit obvious like "Sophmore in college design major-ish" to you guys? Thx.</div>
Also, not really liking the colors with the other two, but going for something LIKE those colors, not there yet though.. thanks again.</div>

wow.....i mean wow...talk about comign back in full force. Ummm I am loving #1 and #2, 1 especially cuz its so different, and very very eye catching. 2 is just beautiful the colors are nice, the only thing I would suggest is doing something different with the tagline....either stretch it out, shrink it down....maybe different font...I dont know, but im not liking the tag.

Great job, talk about coming back with some fire under you....truly amazing!

yeah, i like 1 a lot too...
but maybe work on the words that shoot out from the letters, it may be a little to busy... maybe have the words fade out to nothing from each letter (like an outer glow on the letters but insead of a solid color, make it the words)

looks good though

Number one and try it in pink too. I like the crazy font everywhere look.

Great improvement!

i like the last 2, and maybe more if they didn't have the imagery above them ... they take attention away from the name of the business. the last one reminds me of the old p.o.d. logo.

Howdy, solcjoy, big change from that was then and this is now....good job. I like the middle one....D-Frag might have something there...either stretch out the tag line, or maybe switch the fonts...have the feminie fancy one under the feminite fancy letters and use a nice simple font underneath and space the letters widely.
Just a thought....

anychance you could color in the letters with softer pastels? The whole thing softer pastels?

Anyway, good job and good luck on your business and web site....
Peace

i love #1 it's 100% original, and i love the way you used words in the design that actually make sense......at first it was quite hard to see the letters 'd.o.p' but then when i saw them i was like 'AMAZING'!!.....i also like the other two (colours and all). these two are more classy.....i think your choice will have to depend on what kind of invitations you will be designing, more classy ones or mordernish ones??

what a difference from the ones you sent before!!!.....phew.....now i don't feel guilty for having said what i did! ;o)....nice work!
