I drew a couple of cartoons for a client and she was happy with them. I made a preliminary design to be printed on T-shirt with one of those. The drawings are just line art and I provided her those as psd images and vector drawings in Illustrator. But I can not say the price for my work as I haven't had experience of this kind of job before. I am just wondering the basic price for that kind of job. Please have a look at a piece of my works. Can I hear something helpful from you?

post moved to the "general" section, as this is not quite right for "news".

your pricing will depend on how much experience you have, where you are located, what the market is like where you are, how long it took you, and many other factors.

there are some helpful articles on pricing here: (scroll down to the section on pricing.)

well being somewhat in the comic industry, which this is similar, typically a penciller gets paged like $100-150 a page. so you can use that as a basis. Did you ink this or was that done with tyhe scan?

Just one thing I want to add. It's a good idea to agree on a price before hand and make a contract with your client. I don't know... maybe it's different with illustrations? I would think it would still be a good idea no matter what industry. The contract will protect you and make sure you get paid for your work.
