Does anyone know how to import a Large PDF (111pages) into InDesign? Also the pdf is single pages 6x9. I will then need to turn them into a booklet. Does indesign have an easy way to go from readers spreads to printers spreads? I have InDesign CS and CS2 on both mac and PC. So which ever is easiest to use.
