Wow, after using CS2 for the past 2 weeks, I can honestly say I am very dissapointed, they screwed up so much stuff its not even funny, esp in ID.

Anyways, im looking for a way to group layers, im working on a billboard for BMW and in CS 2 their is no way to group layers (their used to be a little chainlink you could click to group multiple layers for scaling, moving..etc) but that little chain in my layers palette is gone now, so does anyone know how to group multiple layers in CS 2 for Mac OS 10.

clarification, I know about the link button at the bottom of the palette, but it wont let me link type layers, and if I have to rasterize them im not going to be a happy designer...

Actually I just created a temp file and was able to link layers without putting them into the Folder, but if you do put them into a folder, you don't need to link them in order to scale the whole bunch. Just Scale the folder itself.

i was confused by the new layers for a week or so but i'm used to it now. i like that you can hold cnrl & click to select more than one layer to scale move or what ever but when you're done you can click off & they aren't linked. i like cs2 but that's my .02
