I eat a banana every morning about 10am..other than that its usually a pretzel rod or two or some yogurt.

Cold zebra cakes rock. As well as frozen tag-a-longs (Girlscout cookies rock).
I rock the Dry roasted peanuts a lot.
Sliced cheese folded into 4 nuked onto a ritz cracker with some good cruchy dill pickles.

Twix Caramel, Sunchips (Harvest Cheddar), OREO cookies, and Sprite Zero.
cheese and jalepeno sandwiches:
two slices of chedder cheese (thick slices off a block, not plastic packaged stuff) and as many jalepenos as you can handle. The trick is theres no bread, i.e. the cheese is the bread.
