I am working on a website but it seems that I just could not get the color scheme correct. Seems like the color is clashing all the time.

Please give your valuable feedbacks and comments.

Thanks.

Orange is not a very popular color, but it can work if done creatively. I would stay away from red unless you are doing something that signifies danger (like fire protection). Blue and green are generally safe and work well for many uses, especially software, plus they can balance well with other colors. You may want to do some color research to help.

You have too many colors going on. You need to settle on like 3 of which 2 would be in the same family. An example would be green, light green & gray, very much like this message board. Or you could do a main color with touches of a complementary color then a neutral color. Right now I see orange, red, gray, blue, green.

i agree with keith and cbs. try and choose a more unifying colour scheme. Your site has impressive functionality though. you seem to be dealing with economics and the like so i suggest you choose a safer clour scheme. Green is definitely safe. Although blue is a very deep colour and often used for financial institutions.

Thanks for ALL the time taken, really appreciate this.

Yes, I agreed that there are too manu colors ... that is the feedback I have from most users.

Will work to improve.

I would do a bit of research on color theory. There's more to just picking colors that you think look nice together. like cjoe said, blue is used for financil institutions because it represents strengh and stability.

here is a cool tool to save you time when choosing.

not too many colors, just not the right ones, try purples and yellows, blues and oranges, or things like blue and white, not compliments but still look good together. look at my page: http://www.adsgx.tk !!
