I took a 2-day class in Quark, but it's not enough for me to understand how to lay out template pages for my highly formatted docs. I need someone who will teach me over the phone how to do what I forgot, and info on what the rate would be per hour. Please send qualifications and experience and note if you have references. Thanks for any help.

Marsha, you need to post an e-mail address so people have a way to respond to your request. Good Luck.

Hi Marcia,

Sounds like quite a job you got there for someone. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you may find it works better for you with a manual that you can refer to any time of day and night.

I don't have shares in the company, but can heartily recommend the following - use it myself and have not found any better! I haven't come across a problem yet that I couldn't solve with the help of this book. It's the QuarkXpress 6 Bible and even at the full recommended retail price of US$45 it will cost you a whole lot less than having someone on the phone - that would surely have to be a last resort ...

But just in case that doesn't do it for you, I would suggest the forums at www.quark.com - another (and free) source of great knowledge.

Good luck with the formatting! :)
