I finished making my website a bit of time ago and I thought I would go and get some opinion on the design and such, so what do you think of my website and what should I change/fix?

Clean and simple. One of the mistakes many designers make is over doing the graphics (just because we can). One thing that strikes me is use of technical/inside terminology. Many people know what Dreamweaver and PHP are, but I favor keeping the techie stuff out (just a thought). I would try to strengthen the "What's in it for me?" appeal. That is all most people are interested in. I like the simplicity of the design though.

As cbscreative stated many designers !337 thier sites when really the same emphasis in communication can be achived using a some what "simple" layout. I also am taken by the effective simplistic approach you have taken - good job.

However, one minor suggesstion for the menu rollovers.

Instead of having them go bold on rollover make them so they change to a color in relationship to your banner. The bold thing isn't really working for me. One reason being once i rollover the whole menue stretches taking the streth into consideration for the placing of the type.

well nvaigation point taken and im working on a new color scheme for it, thanks for the heads up ;)

Edit: I changed the menu so now check it out and I hope it helped a little bit :D
