A few weeks ago we drove down to Dewey Beach in Delaware to visit with Neuro's brother, who recently came home from serving in Iraq.
Here are a couple shots from the beach house...

Damn I miss that place! Nothing like sitting back on the porch drinking a beer. Then going out and enjoying some of the best night life I have seen at a beach town. We went to a bar that was an awesome place to see bands. I know my bro pays a shit load to belong to that beach house but it's worth every penny in my eyes!

Nice pictures.
I can't believe you all were at Dewey Beach. Did you party at the Bottle and Cork or at the Starboard? I live about 45 minutes from Dewey Beach though I don't go there much anymore. My wife and I like to go to Assateague, but the beaches there have been getting more crowded lately. You can get some cool pictures of the wild horses on the beach sometimes if you get lucky though. I think I have a few pictures of them standing looking at the water, but I would have to find them.

We went to the Bottle and Cork, lol. Small world, huh? If we do manage to head down there again, you'll have to meet us for dinner!

Aw, Dewey beach--been going there all my life. Used to sneak into the old WW2 watch towers as a kid. Love breakfast and the hot sauces at the Starboard. My wife and I are currently looking to buy a place there. The taxes are low. We also looked at property near Assateague bay in Maryland, a very peaceful and beautiful place.

It really is a small world I guess. My parents had a friend who owned property(1 house and about 8 cabins) right across the street from the bottle and cork (back when it was smaller) and we would go to Dewey every year in September. I remember when you couldn't even drink the water because the water tower was still 8 years in the future. It used to be a much quieter place that is for sure.

I bet! We were only about half a block away from the bottle and cork.
Of course, from home to Dewey Beach was a 6-7 hour drive... :p
