The blackhawk logo is ok, but the image is a little overused. The C&M needs to be rethought. The font choice is horrible, and what is up with the lady. Is she teaching a sex service? The flowers along the bottom almost seem to be an afterthought with no real purpose to the design.

the hawk's eye seems like it is too big... you might want to work on fine tuning the proportions a little.

I was also a little confused with the 2nd one... I have to agree with Llama, it does look like an ad for a 900-number phone sex service. IT doesn't really say "education" to me at all... try thinking about who your target audience is, and what they would associate with education and work on the imagery from there.
