I'm working on a 126-page catalog containing some 4500+ images. The original designer created the collection of files on a Mac platform (Quark) and included a "/" in each image name. The catalog was then burned to a PC-compatible CD.
I work on a PC platform at work, and noticed that all these image names have been modified using a "_" in place of the "/" on my system. Of course, Quark is no longer recognizing any of these images, and is asking me to re-link each one manually. It won't even recognize that additional missing pictures are located in the folder, since they're no longer named the same.
Is there any shortcut for re-linking all these re-named images, or should I just give up and take the files home to my Mac system?
