I like the figure a lot, but think that it could do without all the other stuff floating around him, seems like a little much when the character in the middle is so striking.

Teetonic.com... What a strangely alluring idea.

Btw, nice shirt. I am wondering who popularized the bubble/target collages trend, though? That's pretty recent and most everyone's trendwhoring all over it.

I was actually thinking of trying that out, but I was immediately turned off to their particular service after scanning their Terms and Conditions:

9. Submission of a Design shall constitute an assignation to Teetonic of all Rights in the Design. Teetonic will own exclusively all Rights and shall not be limited in any way in its use, for commercial or other purposes, of any Designs. All Designs submitted or offered to Teetonic.com shall become and remain Teetonic property.

Personally, I don't have any of my work I'm willing to give up all rights to. All of it deserves limited license privileges, if anything.

So for anyone that's interested in this competition, I went ahead and found the string attachments for you.

thanks for pointing that out, JaCkinbOx.

I wouldn't sign over the rights to my files either.

Their idea for marketing t-shirts is brilliant, however. If someone would take on the idea while respecting the designer's property rights, they'd have a potential moneymaker on their hands.

Too bad I'm not in a position to create such a business. This is a ripe idea.

sounds alot like some of the design "contests" that we all love so much.
maybe we should submit all of our t-shirt ideas from that thread & see if we get a winner.
i just know that bono would let us use his likeness for my t-shirt.

T-shirt competitions are kind of cool untill you realise that your doing work and not always getting payed for it. Their great for the t-shirt company, bad for the designer. On a side note, I like *************** more:)

I dig the design by the way. It's a little busy for my taste though

I really like the design. it could be smaller on an actual shirt. the eyes r kinda morbid to me...but i taste funny... i dont really know what is being expressed here....may help the design to not be square...that is the 'in' thing these days with t-shirts....im groovin' on it though:)

Hi everyone, i'm cameron - a moderator over at Teetonic.com (http://www.teetonic.com)!

We noticed your feedback here regarding the Terms & Conditions and i'm pleased to let you know they have been changed as follows:

only once a design wins the competition and you accept this will the ownership of the design be transferred to teetonic (submitting now grants us the rights to use the design for promotional purposes).
there is now an explicit allowance for you to always be able to use your designs as part of your portfolio/website, even if they won and are being printed.
there is also a guarantee that we will discuss the possibility of you using your winning designs for your own commercial purposes
Would be nice to hear your feedback on the changes - hopefully they've alleviated any problems you had.

Thanks, and remember - teetonic loves you!
