Be honest now.

I posted the design on here a couple of months ago which got a good response and a few of you asked to see it when finished.

So here it is...

I thought it was very good, well designed, easy to navigate and very informative. I really don't know too much about code and all that so I can't comment. Could this site be done the same using just html, xhtml, xml, javascript or css or whatever something besides Flash?

Only the nav bar, sound clips and advertisment on the home page are Flash. The rest is html.

Thanks for the feedback btw.

How do you keep the top graphic & nav bar static and the bottom content changes. Are you using frames?

I really like this site..alot It isnt too jumbled ..the guitar with name in the menu bar is nice...easy navigation..ahh yeeeah...and I like the way that if you do not have macro.. the plug-in is readily available....I would totally have you do my web page!:Dmk

Um, one question, y did you use a flash button from the library? couldn't you have developed your own?

Something I've been feeling mildly guilty about 13yrGuru. Answer? Time really.

I think its fine to use the flash button from the gallery - no big deal. It's good because that way people identify it very easily with the actual product.

As for your website - I really really like it. Its so clean and nice. I love the main page with the box of vinyls! Very nice! This is honestly one of the best designed sites that I have seen in awhile. Too many people go too far with the "flashyness" of their site.

Really nice work you did with this one Steve, IMO :)
