Hi all! I am a designer in Louisiana and trying to make any and all networks I can. I have a part-time design job and freelance, but also have a full-time job unrelated to design. I really want a full-time design job but the job market (and pay) here is horrible. Just trying to keep my portfolio up and do as much as possible. Looking to move out of state in the near future. Any advice on smaller places with high job markets, or is my only chance bigger cities like NY? Looking forward to being invovled on the site and meeting fellow designers!

I think Minneapolis/St. Paul has a pretty decent job market. Not quite as big as Chicago or NYC?!

          Welcome aboard!

                      Sure thing budafist!

Funny story though - I dressed up as Tinkerbell a few years back and the whole 'clap if you believe' came up - everyone started clapping. Except one guy, and when told that if he didn't clap I would die, he said he didn't care if I died. Hm, guess that's a sad story, not funny. We laugh about it now though.

You should have poked him in the eyes.

                          I'd clap.

Moo's cards are printed on HP indigos. Definitely a step up from "common" copier-based digital printing, and on the upper tier of digital printing, but if you could go for traditional offset...
