Hmmmm... three years in jail for a bomb threat, or a few moments of embarassment for having a piece of a penis pump. Which would YOU choose? -

Well...... I just heard another version on the news..... this guys lawyer is involved now....
His lawyer says that when he was asked what it was, he leaned into the guard to whisper "it's a pump" so that his mother didn't hear him .... and they freaked out and thought he said it's a bomb.
So this sould get interesting really fast
